Our daylight photoshoots are comprehensive and outline not only the home but the surrounding area to give a greater understanding of your property. We will capture any close by ammenties / facilities – recreational parks – reserves and the like to compliment the photoshoot.

We strive to make every home stand out from the crowd. We take care in presenting your home in the best way possible to maximise your return.

Along the way – we help you with presentation – adjusting small details – arranging cushions on couches – adjusting bed covers – removing those objects that won;t work with our shoot. Once again – it’s the smallest things that make the difference. Presentation is EVERYTHING and the perception you create drives the buyers sense of value EVERYTIME….

We shoot every room at different angles and heights to give your agent the best choice of images possible. We believe in providing the best of all the shots captured (in most cases between 30-50 images) which gives you and your agent a great selection of shots to run over the total time of your campaign.

Once the shoot is over – the process still continues. Directly following your shoot – your captured images are developed to our high standard using custom processes – to perfectly suit any mediums your agent will use to market your property. We take the time to make a difference – adding in dramatic skies on grey cloudy nights, highlighting features, lightening shadows, colour balance and toning – cropping to suit plus more.

Your images are then processed for web display and high resolution editorial use, then electronically distributed to your agent via the internet without delay.
