PropertyDIGITAL Joins Forces with Coptercam

Pixelair gives rise to Coptercam…

Our existing aerial services are now superceeded by innovative UAV aerial photographers – COPTERCAM..

Working alongside Perth’s only licensed UAV aerial photography company, we have at our disposal a fleet of 3 UAV aircraft capable of delivering high resolution photos up to 24 megapixel (6000 x 4000 pixels) using a digital SLR.

Full HD Video capability includes 1080P at 50 fps (broadcast quality) .  COPTERCAM have 3 UAV licensed pilots and camera operators, exceeding industry standards,  COPTERCAM also employs a commercial pilot license holder to ensure their aircraft are flown to the highest safety standards

This allows us to also take higher altitude photos to provide a wide field of view, or to do work in more remote locations.

Each COPTERCAM crew consists of a pilot and a camera operator to ensure photo quality and safety.

Our propertyDIGITAL graphics team puts together overlays – tags – graphics and designs to compliment all aerial packages.

All shots include our famous Google Earth Overlays and Pointer Displays ..

Your imagination is the only limitation.

It’s interesting to shoot curved walls…

We’ve shot many apartments in this iconic West Perth property over the years – with last Friday night no exception.

A great renovation in an iconic apartment complex.

The splashback was quite interesting.

Admire Perth all day – everyday!!

The Bathroom has the best view of Perth 8v)

180 deg panoramic views – see from the northern suburbs – right through to past the Raffles Hotel and even further….

It was difficult to shoot – I wanted to sit and take in the views as the sun set over our magic city. But alas – had to get you guys these shots.

Thanks to Kyle Peters from Caporn Young Estate Agents in Claremont for the shoot.

iPad Best for Business

The more I use my iPad, the more I see how valuable it is for real estate agents.

In addition to the “cool factor” – there are tons of great productivity tools for real estate agents and brokers. Not only that, but using an iPad in the field eliminates the need to lug around a laptop – making your job much easier!

Here are my top 5 must-have iPad apps for real estate agents:

1. Keynote – This is a must for all real estate professionals. It is $9.99 but well worth it. Think of Keynote as PowerPoint, but so much easier and more intuitive to use. This is the perfect tool for creating a simple and very slick listing presentation. Don’t want to use Keynote because you love PowerPoint? Download Documents on the Go – the only app available to edit PowerPoint files (also $9.99.)

2. Open Home Pro - This is a fantastic free tool for open houses. No more open house register needed! Simply tap the app, enter the basic details of the listing, and you are ready to go. Once you have buyers come in, they simply sign in with their name, email and any other pertitant info. You can add notes too. After they have entered their info, the screen reads “Please hand the iPad back to your real estate agent.” Love it!

3. Dropbox – Dropbox is the easiest way to store, sync, and, share files online. There’s no complicated interface to learn. This is the easiest way to transfer files from your desktop or laptop to your iPad. This free app is must-have for any real estate agent.

4. GoodReader for iPad ($4.99), iAnnotate PDF ($9.99) and PDF Expert for iPad ($9.99) – All of these apps allow you to annotate PDF’s in a variety of ways. You an edit text, move notes with your finger, draw, and add a personalized signature and so much more. iAnnotate PDF and PDF Expert for iPad support VGA-out, so you can share your work on the big screen if needed.

5. DocuSign – This free app is simply a must for any real estate agent. Send, track and sign documents anytime and anyplace. View real-time business document status so that you instantly know what is completed and what still needs your attention. Create, tag and modify documents for e-signature.

For our UK friends : See O2 for great iPad usage plans

What are your favorite iPad apps for real estate? I’d love to hear your experience using any of these apps. Leave me a comment below!

High Life – On the Hill

Shot this home up on the high side of Fremantle – East Fremantle.

Brief was to capture the impressive views enjoyed from both lower courtyard and vine filled gazebo plus up stairs on large open Varandah..

Detail shots of ornate ceilings and overall period feel of the home.

“We need the views to really come alive”…..

I think we hit the spot.

Here are a few shots from the shoot tonight.

Tranquil Serenity – Stirling – Princeton

Brad and Kate Hardingham (Realmark Residential) wanted us to focus on the water feature and alfresco areas of this home – along with our usual attention to detail with all internals.

Here are a few shots to enjoy..

2D Floorplanning – Iluka

Shot in the Dark – This Home Shines at Night…

We shoot a lot of diverse property – From Mosman Park to Mindarie – From Balga to Bentley and Every price in between…..

So many homes with diverse features and lighting – decoration and themes.

We were asked to pull out all the stops on the backyard shots for this home in Heathridge.

I was a bit concerned about the weather flowing in from the north and east – ominous black lightning storm clouds – but in my mind – from experience – I know it would add more to the shots – and it did.

The home was great and recently renovated to a great standard  but the lower backyard with pool area had basic spot lighting.

So how did we make it shine..

We use a technique of light painting with various introduced lighting to make effects much like a brush on areas the`t need attention – combined with battery powered professional controlled lighting onsite to fill large areas of light – we can make the difference between no light and great emotion.

Back at Studio tonight – Photoshop and custom built filters make it all come together.

The following pool outdoor shots were shot 30 minutes after sundown – to capture the skyline – the emotion is painted in with light by us.

ENJOY!!!

Lowlight Shoot – East Perth

Another apartment well covered by Glen Johannes.

Small selection from over 30 shots.

West Editorial – 14th January 2012

Our clients enjoy free editorial exposure – for many years we have constantly attracted editorial consideration from the press – on average 1 feature editorial per month with many smaller editorials regularly.

Too many to scan and add to a post every week.. Literally too many to post over time. So today I finally got a chance to get one up and running.. a small snippet of images…

22 Traylen Road Bayswater – Carlos Lehn Team – Acton Mount Lawley

Shoot of the Day – South Beach Bellissimo!!

We get the chance to shoot really nice architectural homes in the South beach/North Coogee Area regularly…

Recently – “The Islands Apartments”  for Stockland.

Here’s a few shots from the 50+ captured today – around the corner at 6 Bernier – Delivered today to Sarah Weychan from Jones Ballard Property Group.

Thanks for your business as usual Sarah and best of luck with your new listing.

57 Joel Terrace – From Basic to Fantastic….

We photographed a home last night for Julie Pedulla.

We arrived early as usual to assit with the presentation – but this home wasn’t ready to shoot.

We took the opportunity to apply our usual magic and make this basic home come around.

We removed large rugs – rearranged furniture – removed debris from front and also made more space by removing outdoor furniture.

The Bathroom looks amazing.. hard work went into all. The result.. We got feedback from Ray (Vendor) via Julie today

“Wow Yes they look great… Andy… is a Master and a True Craftsman… at making my property and others sing…in Symphony..”

We pride ourselves on tackling any property to ensure it presents its best – as you know our images
generate and mark a perceived value for the property which helps you market easier.

Here are some shots from the shoot.

This December, in a surprisingly simple yet ridiculously amazing installation for the Queensland Gallery of Modern Ar, artist Yayoi Kusama constructed a large domestic environment, painting every wall, chair, table, piano, and household decoration a brilliant white, effectively serving as a giant white canvas. Over the course of two weeks, the museum’s smallest visitors were given thousands upon thousands of colored dot stickers and were invited to collaborate in the transformation of the space, turning the house into a vibrantly mottled explosion of color. How great is this? Given the opportunity my son could probably cover the entire piano alone in about fifteen minutes. The installation, entitled The Obliteration Room, is part of Kusama’s Look Now, See Forever exhibition that runs through March 12.

If you liked this you’ll also enjoy Roman Ondak’s Room of Heights and Karina Smigla-Bobinski’s helium-filled kinetic drawing sculpture.
