Responsibilities include servicing the Perth area to photograph properties that will be coming up for sale and liaising with clients.
All training and equipment is provided.
The ability to be able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, work outside of usual business hours and use initiative is essential.
To be successful in this role you need to be well presented, highly customer orientated with great communication skills.

Bookings Co-Ordinator – Perth Metro Area – POSITION FILLED

We are looking for a Bookings Co-ordinator with a strong customer focused approach together with excellent organisation and administration teams. You will be the front-line to our clients so your ability to develop relationships and provide our customers with an excellent experience is crucial. Duties to include:
- Providing information to clients over the phone in the initial enquiry, including terms and conditions, and estimates, where requested.
- Accurate and timely entry of enquiry information in to the in-house database and sending out of tailored and appropriate information to clients.
- Co-ordination of bookings accurately – based on location and photographer availablity.
- Careful entry of ALL bookings details in our IMAGETrack system – with careful monitoring of photoshoot stages as the progress.
- Follow up calls to clients to be made within 20 minutes after the initial enquiry and all efforts made to convert the enquiry into a booking.
- Bookings are managed as per client requirements with efficiency. Entry into database is accurate & complete.
- Managing charges and costs of conference to contribute to budget and profitability goals of conferences.
- Coordinating photographers and resources.
- Very good understanding of the Perth Metro Areas to ensure that photographers are booked with good timing to travel.
- To endeavour to resolve any technical issues in line with troubleshooting guidelines and to escalate to the Helpdesk as appropriate, with appropriate level of urgency.
- Post photoshoot follow up processes are managed with timeliness and a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensuring the inbound customer service queue is managed effectively and with a sense of urgency in accordance with pending work and calls waiting.
- Ensure client expectations and requirements are consistently met and clients are kept informed at all times.
- Customer Satisfaction Surveys are completed as per process.
- To self manage and be up to date with product knowledge, systems and procedures.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal & external customers
- To support Helpdesk, Reception and other queues as required.
If you have excellent customer service skills together with a ‘can do’ attitude to customer service then you are what we are looking for. A passion for Real Estate and People is a Must!! Full product training will be given so your industry background is not important.
